Install the free WP All Export plugin and export your Listivo listings to an XML or CSV file, choosing exactly which fields end up in it.

1 minute read

You can use the WP All Export plugin to create XML / CSV files out of your listings. Listivo has an integration with the free version of this plugin.

Install the plugin

  1. 1 Download the plugin

Use this link to download it: wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export.

The WP All Export page on wordpress.org — “Export any WordPress data to XML/CSV” by Soflyy — with the blue Download button highlighted on the right.
  2. 2 Upload and install it

Go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose file, find the file you just downloaded, and click Install Now.

The Add Plugins screen in wp-admin with the Upload Plugin button highlighted at the top, and the Choose file and Install Now controls highlighted below it.
  3. 3 Activate it

Remember to activate the plugin once it is installed.

The installer reporting “Installing plugin from uploaded file: wp-all-export.1.3.8.zip” and “Plugin installed successfully”, with the Activate Plugin button highlighted.

Export your listings

Now you can export the “Listings” as in the image below. Please consider it may also have another name than “Listing”, e.g. “Ads”, or any other name if you translated it via the Listivo Panel > Translate/Rename module.

Pick the right button
It is important to click Customize Export File, not Migrate Listings next to it.
The New Export screen with Specific Post Type chosen, Listings selected in the dropdown, a notice that 16 Listings will be exported, and arrows pointing at Customize Export File rather than Migrate Listings.
  1. 1 Choose the data for the file

Drag and drop the kind of data you need into the file. When you finish, click Continue.

The Drag & Drop screen with the export column boxes on the left, the Available Data panel of fields on the right, and arrows pointing at that panel and at the Continue button.
  2. 2 Name the export and run it

In the last step you can add advanced settings and name your export. When everything is set, click Save & Run Export.

The Export Settings screen with Configure Advanced Settings open, an Export Name filled into the field at the bottom, and the Save & Run Export button highlighted.

Congratulations, your database has been successfully exported.

The Confirm & Run screen reading Export Complete at 100 percent with 16 records exported, offering CSV and Bundle downloads and a public URL for the file.
