Vehica does not include WooCommerce store features such as cart and checkout. What it does use is the WooCommerce payment gateways, so you can still charge money for listing submissions.

It can be used to process payments when users submit listings to your website — for example to charge a visitor an extra $10.00 for making a listing featured for 7 days on your website.
