How to edit contact form fields?

Find your contact form in the WordPress admin and change the fields visitors fill in — name, email, phone, message — by editing the Contact Form 7 tags in its markup.

  1. 1 Open the contact form for editing

    In the WordPress sidebar go to Contact → Contact Forms and click Edit under your contact form.

  2. 2 Review the fields and HTML structure

    On the Form tab you will see the contact form fields and the HTML structure around them.
