Chat via WhatsApp

Let buyers message a seller straight from a listing. This covers the WhatsApp setting in the Listivo Panel, the checkbox each user ticks for their own number, and where to drop the widget so it actually shows.

Chat via WhatsApp is enabled by default. You will find the setting in the Listivo Panel (User Panel). As long as the checkbox is not selected, chat via WhatsApp is available on your website.

The User tab of Listivo Panel > User Panel in WordPress admin, with the Disable WhatsApp checkbox ticked, Disable Viber ticked, and the Save Changes button highlighted
The setting is a "Disable WhatsApp" checkbox — in this screenshot it is ticked, which switches WhatsApp chat off.

Now your users can mark whether they use WhatsApp in their own user panel. The wording of the WhatsApp checkbox can be changed in Listivo Panel > Translate & Rename.

You can now add the widget anywhere you wish on the listing page or the user page.

Widget not showing on mobile or tablet?
If you cannot see the widget after adding it on mobile, tablet or desktop, make sure you added it to a section that is visible on that device — for example this way:
The Elementor editor in mobile preview mode: the left panel shows the search results for the User WhatsApp widget, and the preview shows a user card with a revealable phone number and a Chat via WhatsApp button
