Item support on ThemeForest
Item support follows the rules ThemeForest sets, the same for every author there. It lasts 6 months from the purchase and covers questions about the theme's features, bug reports and help with the plugins that come with the theme.
Under ThemeForest's rules, item support does not cover installation, changes beyond the theme's features, server problems or plugins that do not come with the theme.
Premium Support
Premium Support is our own, so it can do more. It lasts 12 months and also covers fixes on your own site, conflicts with other plugins, slow pages and server settings, and help to set up what the theme offers. See everything it covers.
Bought on ThemeForest?
Your item support stays as ThemeForest sets it. If you want help on your own site, or your item support has ended, you can add 12 months of Premium Support for $59, one payment. First add your ThemeForest purchase code to your TangibleWP account, so we can see your license.
